Oghenemega Gbenedio is a Trainee Associate at the firm with interests spanning Corporate Governance and Regulatory Compliance, Energy and Natural Resources, Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT), Corporate and Commercial Law, and Dispute Resolution & Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

She is a commercially astute and detail-oriented lawyer recognised for her strong analytical ability, intellectual rigour, and practical approach to solving complex legal and regulatory issues. Her meticulous research and drafting skills make her a valuable member of teams handling advisory, transactional, regulatory, and contentious matters across a range of industries.

Oghenemega graduated with Second Class Honours (Upper Division) from the University of Lagos, where she built a strong foundation in commercial law and legal practice. She subsequently graduated from the Nigerian Law School with Second Class Honours (Upper Division) and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

At the firm, she supports clients and senior members of the team in a variety of corporate, regulatory, commercial, and contentious matters, assisting with legal research, drafting, due diligence, regulatory advisory, transaction support, and dispute resolution. She is committed to delivering commercially sound legal solutions while continually developing the technical expertise and commercial awareness required to advise clients in an evolving business and regulatory environment.
