Oyinbolade Olawoye

Bolade is a legally trained professional with a strong foundation in commercial law, intellectual property, and dispute resolution, shaped by a cross-jurisdictional legal education spanning the United Kingdom, Malaysia, and Nigeria.

Bolade advises on a range of commercial and intellectual property matters, with particular experience in IP structuring and monetisation strategy within the media and entertainment sector, alongside complex dispute resolution.

Bolade has also gained experience in advocacy and legal research, graduating with an LLB (Hons) from the University of the West of England, Bristol, where he was consistently placed on the Dean's List, and placing among the top 18% of over 7,000 candidates at the Nigerian Law School.
