Biography

Adesuwa Akhigbe is an Associate in the Firm's Dispute Resolution, Regulatory Compliance, and Corporate Advisory Practice. She advises clients on complex commercial disputes, regulatory compliance matters, corporate governance issues, and transactional matters across a range of sectors.

Adesuwa has experience advising on disputes involving oil spills, environmental contamination, customer–banker relationships, contracts and secured lending. She also advises clients on data protection compliance, corporate governance, merger-related regulatory obligations, and company secretarial matters.

Her experience includes supporting litigation and arbitration strategies in high-value disputes, reviewing transaction documentation, and engaging with regulatory authorities on behalf of clients.
