Biography

Chinedu Ajah is an Associate at the firm, with a focus on Energy and Natural Resources, Banking and Finance, Intellectual Property, and Dispute Resolution. Prior to joining KENNA, Chinedu had gained professional experience through Fellowship and internships. He is a certified Intellectual Property Manager by KIPO, KAIST, KIPA and WIPO.

Chinedu possesses an in-depth understanding of corporate and commercial law, the nuances of cross-border transactions and veritable dispute resolution mechanisms necessary to provide client-specific advisory and representation. He has provided legal advisory to financiers in JV Agreements, investors in cross-border renewable energy projects, and amongst others. He prioritizes effective and pragmatic resolution of clients’ dispute through alternative dispute resolution mechanism and where litigation is necessary, provide veritable solutions with focus on client peculiarity.
