He advises multinational corporations, financial institutions, telecommunications companies, and high-net-worth clients on complex commercial litigation, regulatory disputes, and arbitration proceedings.

His practice is particularly focused on high-value energy and commercial disputes, banking-related litigation, corporate governance conflicts, and cross-border regulatory issues.

He has acted in matters before the High Courts, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court of Nigeria, with a developing track record in precedent-sensitive disputes involving multinational clients and regulated industries.

• Representing a leading Nigerian financial institution in a high-value customer dispute involving an alleged fly wire confirmation slip and claims exceeding US$1.3 billion.

• Representing one of Nigeria’s largest mobile telecommunications companies in complex disputes involving regulatory compliance, minority shareholder actions, derivative suits, corporate governance disputes, contractual claims, consumer protection matters, and other commercial litigation proceedings.
