He represents corporations and public institutions in commercial litigation, labour and employment disputes, fundamental rights enforcement proceedings, constitutional and administrative disputes, data privacy litigation, gaming and lottery disputes, etc.

Divine has over a decade of experience in providing strategic legal representation to clients in complex legal disputes, consistently upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in achieving client satisfaction. He is equipped with strong analytical and negotiation skills, which he deploys in delivering results-driven solutions to clients.

Divine is a member of the Society for Notaries Public, and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK.

• Representing a multinational transportation service provider in the amicable settlement of a claim against the company for injuries suffered by a user from an accident in Nigeria.
