Jessica Iyoke is a Senior Associate at KENNA with a practice focus on Dispute Resolution and Corporate Commercial law. She represents high-profile clients in complex commercial disputes across the banking and investment, oil and gas, real estate, and business development sectors, while also advising corporate clients on regulatory compliance, brand protection, and intellectual property matters. Jessica’s clientele includes the Federal Government of Nigeria and its agencies, Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited, MTN Nigeria Communications Plc, the Central Bank of Nigeria, Novare Group, Olam, the Enugu State Government, and Nigerian Bottling Company Limited, whom she has represented at trial and appellate courts up to the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
Jessica is recognised for her proactive and innovative approach to legal practice. She is skilled in identifying and mitigating risks at an early stage and is adept at developing practical negotiation and mediation strategies that serve her clients' best interests. Within the Firm, she heads the Central Bank of Nigeria Secretariat, managing coordination with the finance department on invoice collections and receivables, and as a team lead, she supervises and issues bi-annual statutory compliance regulations to all corporate and commercial clients of the Firm ensuring that all government regulations are complied with.
As a Chartered Secretary with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria, Jessica has served as Company secretary to various clients of the Firm.
