Jessica Obodo-Elue is an associate in the firm’s ICT and Data Protection Unit, specialising in data protection and privacy law, corporate governance, and dispute resolution. She provides comprehensive legal advice to clients navigating complex regulatory landscapes, ensuring compliance with Nigerian and International Laws and Industry standards.

Prior to joining the firm, Jessica contributed to regulatory advisory matters, collaborating with a team of expert cybersecurity analysts to conduct risk assessments and audits and identify compliance gaps. She played a key role in aligning policies with global standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, PCI DSS, and the GDPR, experience that continues to shape her approach to compliance and policy development.
