• Managing multi-party litigation and large-scale claims by coordinating case materials, reviewing evidentiary records, and preparing structured legal arguments for legal representation.
• Supporting litigation strategy by identifying jurisdictional defects, procedural irregularities, and statutory interpretation arguments contributing to a successful case strategy.
• Advising corporate clients on regulatory compliance obligations across multiple sectors, including financial services and energy, ensuring alignment with applicable statutes, guidelines, and industry standards.
