Munachimso Ochiabutor is an Associate at KENNA, where he represents local and international clients before State and Federal High Courts, contributes to high-value commercial and employment disputes, advises clients on regulatory issues and compliance processes and reviews commercial facilities. He has gained exposure to securities regulation, investment law, intellectual property, arbitration, oil and gas, and technology-driven legal issues. He also works in the company secretarial arm of the firm.
Beyond practice, Munachimso has demonstrated academic prowess by earning First Class Honours from both the Faculty of Law at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and the Nigerian Law School.
