He has also played key roles in debt recovery, corporate restructuring, and data protection audits, offering legal solutions which align with clients’ needs.
Before joining KENNA, Peter served as a Legal Assistant at a prominent dispute resolution firm in London, where he managed court processes, drafted legal agreements, and handled company secretarial tasks for international clients. He also worked with respected firms in Abuja, where he appeared before various courts and advised on matters including tax compliance, land transactions, and corporate governance.
