Sheila Enemo is an Associate in the Tax and Corporate governance unit of the firm. She advises and supports clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with involvement in legal research, regulatory compliance, intellectual property and commercial transactions.

Sheila has developed a growing interest in corporate governance, sustainable finance, environmental, social and governance (ESG) regulation, taxation and emerging issues in financial services regulation.
